Sharingan Stage 1 ~ Sharingan with 1 Tomoe[/URL]
Description: This type of Sharingan has 1 tomoe. It allows the user to perceive motions. An example of this was in the battle between Sasuke and Haku. Sasuke could see Haku's attacks coming. The user's pupil turns bloody red, and gains an extra pupil, or tomoe within each eye that will surround the original, centered pupil. When active the user now has the ability to track speeds that normally cannot be seen by the regular human eye. They also gain the ability to see through visual D rank genjutsu and can predict most taijutsu and ninjutsu movement and technique, allowing one to be able to react best to the situation.

Sharingan Stage 2 ~ Sharingan with 2 Tomoe
It allows the user to perceive motions as well as be able to copy the motions perceived. An example of this is when Sasuke was fighting Rock Lee. When activated the user's eyes turn blood red, and gain two extra pupils, the tomoe which surrounds the original pupil. At this level the user gains a better understanding of the sharingan. The user can now anticipate and analyze faster movement, as well as mimic minor movements made by an opponent. The user can now track handseals as well, allowing one to predict ninjutsu and help avoid it. The user is now able to pierce through visual C rank genjutsu and below.

Sharingan Stage 3 ~ Sharingan with 3 Tomoe
Description: This is type of Sharingan has 3 tomoe. It allows the user to perceive motions, copy the motions perceived, and predict motions. An example of this is during the fight between Sasuke and Naruto at the Valley of the End. Sasuke could perceive Naruto's motions, copy them, and than predict what Naruto was going to do next. Essentially, to Sasuke through use of his Sharingan, it looked like Naruto was going in slow motion. When active the user now has the ability to keep up with extremely high speeds and mimic taijutsu exactly. With this the user can now copy handseals done by an opponent, and use jutsus as they do. The user must however be able to mimic the techniques, for if they are not physically able to preform the copied techniques they cannot do them. The user can now pierce through visual B rank genjutsu and below. Unlike the previous
two sharingan stages this level has the ability to hypnotize a target. If however the target is too strong the hypnotizing with be ineffective. This can only be done on targets one rank below the user.

Background Info.
History:Shinn was not an ordinary uchiha,he had the strongest will of fire like any uchiha had.He accidentally awoken his sharingan when he fought against rei and experienced a death threatening situation.after he fought with rei he trained hard and studied the clans kekei genkai and trained his body to survive in the ninja world.He's parents saw this and spoke to kaito-sama and requested to train him after he graduated in the ninja academy.After he graduated kaito took him to the mountains and there he began his sharingan training.Years later after extreme trainings he had obtain his 3rd tomoe and had enchanced his speed,agility and Chakra control. Kaito then gave him the scroll to summon snakes as a reward for his endurance and hardships for all the years he had trained.
After learning the way of the snakes he then traveled down to the mountain to konoha,kaito-sama decided not to leave in the mountains as he wanted peace and quiet.after some weeks he had arrived at konoha to find out the he was among the last of the uchiha's because of the uchiha clan massacre.He then went straightly to the 5th, Tsunade. who help him clear out things when he was gone,apperently the 3rd figured out that they were planning to over throw konoha and to gain control over the village.So before they had over thrown konoh, Itachi was ordered to kill all of them so that peace would stay in the village and not start the flames of war.after that he decided to leave and travel to other places to learn more as there was nothing more for him in konoha.
Months later after traveling he stayed in a small village and met a toad sage named nero who he found peeking in the womans bath.Shinn tried exploit him but was knocked out unconcisious when nero summoned a toad and beat him up.after regaining concsiousness he woke up in a small hotel with nero standing by him.Nero then challenge him to a spar after waking up,Shinn accepted the challenge but was beated by nero even with his sharingan.After fighting nero offered shinn to learn the way of the toads as he displayed determination and will that he had not seen before.Shinn accepted the offer and went to myobokuzan to train and learn the way of the toads.After series of training with nero and with toads also after eating fly soup day and night(O_O).He mastered the way of the toads but had not completed sage training because he wanted to leave so that he can continue his traveling but he would come back to fully learn sagemode.After a week he left myobokuzan and again he travelled villages in search for his destiny.
after 2 years of traveling he stopped by in the rain village and rested there because of the village peace and quiet atmosphere.During his stay he met a rain master named Wrath,Shinn then ask wrath if he could train him in rain jutsu's wrath then gave him a test that he needs to battle a ninja with only wind and water.Shinn accepted the test and battled a ninja named ~toku~.He succesfully defeated him and passed the test.Wrath then was imppressed and decided that shinn had the capabilities of learning rain.He then took shinn under his wings and begun training him in the art of Rain...
