Looks: Dark pink hair, not quite muscular, glasses, left ear piercing. All together, he's more of your "average nerd". Typically, he wears button up shirts with a white, green, or red undershirt. In addition, he wears the clan symbol on a cloth, similar to the Twelve Shinobi Guardians. As for bottoms, he wears long jeans with tears at the knees along with casual black sandals. His hair is cut into more of a buzz-cut style. Overall, he is not THAT attractive, but isn't very worried about it.
Personality: He has OCD which makes he do everything to a meticulous point, for example: he will not use a Kunai even if it has the slightest scratch on the hilt or the wrap is not completely sealed on. Shinko is a very respectful young man who tries his hardest on the field, and while he was in the academy. Overall, Shinko likes to keep things organized as in, if he starts something, he will finish it whether it be that day or next year.
His memory is quite impressive due to his mother forcing books on him while he was a youngling. He can be somewhat impassive in certain situation, but if a nerve is struck things can become a little more virulent than expect, especially if it's something he is passionate about.

Background Info
History:
Shinko Haruno was born November 10th. Naturally, he found a liking to medical ninjutsu from his Father. As a child, he'd witness his father return from S Rank Missions and would tell the tale of how much people he had to heal, how long it took, and how fatal the injury was. This inspired Shinko the desire to become one of the best medical ninjas in the ninja world. However, one day Shinko's father went on a mission the day he promised Shinko that when he returns, he'll try to show him the basics. Shinko waited all day, but his father never returned.
The next day, Shinko was told by his mother that his father's squad died in action. This struck him hard causing him to have trust issues being that his father promised him that he'd come back, but never did. The death of his father also caused Shinko to turn to training whenever he is angry and studying hard.
From then on out, he lived with his mother who wasn't as helpful as his father, and Shinko began having hard times with becoming friends with other people but tries his hardest to make new friends.
