I get what you're saying. Naruto has one of the most powerful Tailed Beasts and his 4 Tails would put him in a different tier than say, Killer Bee's, but that doesn't have a factor on anything considering what we've witnessed and comparing the fact Orochimaru could track this speed you so revere while he was outsped by Mitsuki to the point of bewilderment, and that didn't even seem to be Mitsuki seriously doing it. He just went and grabbed the scroll like it was nothing.

Saying that Mitsuki is faster than Orochimaru is like saying that Sakura is faster than Kaguya. Shinki is in the finals with Sarada and Boruto therefore it's safe to assume that he beat Mitsuki into a pulp (most certainly neg diff too). According to the spoilers Sarada and Boruto have to team up in the finals to stand a chance against Shinki. Dude is a god!

I'm only just realizing though that i haven't thought about how the Iron sand would be if Shinki infuses chakra in it. Kid is gonna be seriously OP cause if regular sand with chakra can do all that, Iron sand which is superior to regular sand should have crazy capabilities with chakra in it.
