Seriously think about it, Kaguya at the fruit, and gained "Special" holy chakra, this powerful chakra is then passed on to Rikudou. And Rikudou passed it to his 2 sons and remained with Senju and Uchiha forever.

But what makes this chakra so powerful to the point of Shinju taking immediate action? It's Power!!!

This chakra is the very chakra that gives you Rinnegan, an godlike eye that, well pretty much makes you a God.

Rikudou taught ninjutsu and the secrets of chakra to those Without the fancy chakra, like molding it and shooting fireballs outta your mouth and whatever.

On an off topic note; Does anyone else get the feeling the Sage created all the animal summons? How else would they have chakra and such?

The Sage went around spreading the secrets of chakra/ninjutsu. With all his power do you think it's logical he can have given them access to their own chakra source?

Maybe think about this....Sage mode? Coincidence i don't think so. It also seperates the power of the younger and elder son. Hashirama/Madara, Naruto/Sasuke The younger was the trusted one so only he was able to gain sage mode...

I think the animal summons already had chakara and that humans later on once they got chakara as well form contracts with them.

If chakra is the essence of life and the stuff that makes you breath, wouldn't everyone be dead before the fruit?

So yeah Rikudou just taught how to utilize that pre-existed chakra.
