Current Ichigo and Byakuya stomp. They just received RGT, their Shikai are pretty much at the level of their previous form's Bankai,

Shikai Unohana actually should be more powerful than Shikai Byakuya.

It depends how Shikai Ichigo is strong. If what SilverAssasin said is true, that SHikai Ichigo is strong as Pre RR bankai Ichigo (or even if he is slightly stronger), he should be able to beat Shikai Shinji and Shikai HIyori, but still after he finish his job here, he will lose to Unohana after that.

Actually, I can see that being the case, but at the same time I can see that he is not strong as Shikai Urahara.

With his new power he didn't impress me much, with just what he showed, he stomped Candice Catnipp, but I could say that Kisuke would be able to do same thing. Even Shinigami Aizen pale in comparasio to Kisuke's kido, Candice would be fodderized by it.
But there is too little information to jugde Ichigo's current strength, even in shikai...

Current Ichigo tank 5 gigijoules to the face and survive 4 powerful Helig pfeils without suffering any damage, he can possibly solo by himself because Shinji got easily defeated by a explosion create by Bambietta, Hiyori would be a nuisance to both Unohana and Shinji since she will obviously be the first one to get killed in one minute and then Byakuya can just do what Bambietta did and use his new RG training Shikai to nullify Shinji Attacking from any direction by using his petals to attack everywhere, making Shinji shikai useless, Unohana is featless here kind of, I doubt her sword play she display against Kenpenchi can give her the win, she got a healing Shikai and a featless Bankai, so Ichigo and Byakuya win this fight mid difficulty

Ichigo is on a whole new level right now he got hit by that strong Quincy girl an brushed it off like it was nothing even OMQ was amazed by that...he man handled thoes 4 Quincy girls all by himself with out even being serious with his shikai...if ichigo plans on going toe to toe with Bach his shikai better be on bankai urahara level.

Well aizen let his guard down an let tht happen...plus it's different when taking on 4 opponents an not just one with all attacking at the same time you won't be able to get all that tricky stuff or pull off any sneak attacks.

Still that wouldn't be a problem for him to cast that kido and these characters, who are nowhere near as smart as Aizen. Also, Urahara could probably do that attack more times, he don't seems exhausted after using it at all. Also, he is capable of using multiply other kidos as well, without much trouble.

Well he's not really going to land any of thoes kido's...they might not be smart but they not stupid ether they will just counter his kido with there own attacks or dodge it...an with all 4 attacking together he has no choice but to use his shikai probaly will have to use bankai.

I don't remember him getting "serioulsy" injury by Qulge Opie and as long as I remember, Quilge attacked him from behind.

I don't who are 'we' and who consider Quilge weaker than Candice and other SR, I sure don't.
