I agree with your theory ballerjordan and i would also like to add my own theory which could make your theory really much possible.My theory like yours is that Errens dad was one of the first titans created by humans and became the smartest out of all the first experiments titans humans made.Heres where it gets interesting what if there was another smarter titan created by humans who took leadership from Errens dad then somehow developed a hatred against humans to use them as lab rats like they used titans like in your theory ballerjordan.But some titans like Errens dad didn't agree with the plan and was exiled from the Titan city which may actually exist and thats were they are taking Erren to be executed since the first titan which may be the final boss will want to kill him because of his father.

Anyways it's interesting but could bring trouble....with everyone becoming insanely OP titans...it risks everyone except for titan shifters become useless...similar to BM Naruto compared to the other K11....while not crap, the other people would be useless against the great antagonists of the Shifters

But if Mikasa, Rivielle, and others can still have an impact against Shifter Titans than it will still be epic....just gets sad if only Eren can deal with shifters it could get repetitive where the Humans with 3D Maneuver gear can be pretty interesting.
