Best in terms of animation and action, but not without flaws.

Not best in term of animation. Many critics said that AOT has problems with animation. Some scenes using very limited animation. Even Araki admitted that anime has problems with that.

But music, dramatic scenes, characters. . . I have to say that this anime is really, really good, but not the best.

It is good I will give you that, but don't ruin the series by overating it. There are many anime/manga that are better IMO. As far as SNK goes: manga>anime, this anime has something that rubs me the wrong way and it is surprisingly hard to explain why that is exactly.

Not even close. I'm not saying it's bad, and it is pretty fun to watch. But, nowhere near the ''best'' manga... Berserk already holds that title for me.
It's getting hyped up way too much like Death Note, SAO, and some other anime/manga (imo). They are good, but the best? Nah.. at least for me.

Btw, you can't say it's the BEST manga. It's just YOUR favourite manga. I'm not caught up yet with the manga, but I doubt my opinion will change a lot... it's like a 6.5-7/10 for me.

That happens. SAO was the best manga ever!... until the whole hype died down. People are running with attack on titan sigs/avys now, but after some time this whole hype will die down until another new anime gets hyped, and it suddenly becomes the best anime/manga ever!

People are over hyping this series way too much! How are you really going to compare a 20-25 anime series to a show like One Piece? It isn't a fair comparison. I love Attack on Titans, but sometimes people just go too far saying it is the best ever. This was similar with SAO they are both great shows, but not the best.

I personally believe Sword Art Online is better then SNK when it comes to anime.

No, just no! Even if AoT is not the best ever. It's certainly miles better than SAO.

Attack on Titan is not even in the Top 15. And I thought SAO fanboys were the worst.....

No, guys, I'm asking for your opinion only when you're caught up with the manga. Just read the manga and see, I also used to think it was kinda just like any other anime (it was still on 5 episodes back then) but ever since I finished reading the manga I started getting convinced that THIS was THE best manga ever.

The manga is less good than the anime imo. Especially the drawing art is pretty terrible (not the worst though) while the animation is pretty great (not the best though).

And as far as the AoT being the best is concerned, as I said it is not! It's amazing but certainly not the best.
There are better animes that have been released. Same for manga.

I like Shingeki no Kyojin but I wouldn't call it the best. well, the best for you, but not for most people.
for me, the best manga/anime I've ever seen was Rainbow: Nisha Rokubō no Shichinin.
watch the anime and you'll understand.

I love Attack on Titan! I do believe it is one of the best but I also had the same chills watching Death Note to be honest. It's all on how the animators animate it and how the animations go with the emotion of the situation. Like in the end of Episode 8 where we saw a side of Mikasa that we haven't really seen is where she is balling her eyes out :') Keep in mind that great animators can turn a bad story into a great anime, unless it's a story on Teuchi which you just need to show a picture of him and it would be the best anime ever.

The manga and anime are both great. Not the best, but it offers a high quality level of entertainment. Far above the likes of Bleach or Naruto.

The anime team has done a great job. I don't think SnK's story is good enough to put it on the same level as Monster, Death Note or Cowboy Bepop, but as far as entertainment goes, SnK is not so far behind them.
