I don't think blindness is an issue.

I think it's a cool ability. I'm pretty sure it's not just weapons, it's any physical object that he marks that shin can control, including actual people (the possibilities are quite intriguing) . He just pierced BSM Naruto in the stomach. That ain't no fodder ability.

Better than Madara at least, he didn't get any Ms abilities. Shin still has the potential of pulling out Susanoo.

Poor example. Sasuke's ability isn't simply to move objects a la telekinesis. He can teleport them or himself (As he did in this very chapter).

Shin's power is to:

1] Freely control weaponry and other things via telekinesis
2] Mark things and control them
3] Restrict the movement of anything stabbed by the weaponry

Sasuke's power has more of a pwnage factor to it, considering he can just teleport you into an incoming attack. Shin's power is closer to what Madara did with a Susano'o sword.

That's why I said similar

Sasuke swaps with his objects while Shin remotely moves his objects.

I even said shin had similarities to Obito and Madara too.

He wields a space time technique but it's not like Obito's which can overlap.

Madara's will was able to restrict Edo hokages movements just like Shin did to Sasuke.

Shin shares these similar abilities to these Uchihas.

It's a little different but still in the same ball park

Going off what we know about it it's only weapons and that's why I find it lame. If he can mark ppl and control them that would be dope. I wouldn't be in much disbelief if Kishi asspull to give Shin a PS.

He can't warp though, he uses tele-kinesis

He must be able to mark any object. Just like FTG users can, they mark their weapons, yet they can mark people too. Plus they're just weapons, they don't have any special properties, so there's no reason shin would be restricted to just weapons when they're just objects.
