Shin Uchiha and the Akatsuki/catalyst

What do people of Shin Uchiha "Reviving the Akatsuki" and trying to force a new catalyst for human evolution??

I think the idea of trying to create a catalyst for human evolution is quite an interesting idea personally. I think it could work if written properly.

Do people think its a good idea plot wise??
And what ideas to people have for the catalyst if they think its a good idea??
Should the Akatsuki be used for said catalyst??

I think its good for a small 10 episode or 15 episode arc but as the main plot for part 3 I don't think its good enough
