So we get this talk about zetsu army being created after all and then we get an army of shin (shin means new).
And this bald guy obviously has the eye of obito, which the leader of akatsuki (obito) always has had. it also has the indication of being edo tensei, which indicates an oro experiment..
edo tensei is bringing the soul of someone from the pure world back into the impure world and bind it to a body.. and we have seen since uchiha power is the spiritual energy, obito could enter a person and give them his power like seen with kakashi.
Normally with edo tensei a body will be generated for the dead guy summoned from the pure world, in this case just his soul/spiritual energy is bound to this bald guy. the reason for the stitches thoug, perhaps it has something to do with acid burning it closed due to the surroundings of his eye and him not having functional eye muscles or it's so that obito cannot close it cause he refuses to cooperate.
