At this point I'm almost certain that a karma seal will find Shin Uchiha. His body will not reject it and he's just wandering around somewhere waiting to get revenge on Sasuke. Once Jigen and Kawaki are defeated Shin will be the madman trying to take the power of the chakra tree as his own. He already had a mini Juubi that he used for teleportation. How did he get that? There are still dangerous enemies out there other than Kara and I wouldn't be surprised if the Akatsuki made a comeback.

But how is he gonna get resurrected? With resurrection Jutsu? It was created by Tobirama and fixed by Orochirama so how is a space alien gonna do that? The only reason he has an Akatsuki robe is that he was a fan. He wasn't an official member.

It hasn't been stated how, but he could have made it himself.

Also, it was stated that Shin was a fan of the Uchiha Clan and especially Itachi and that's why shin has the Uchiha surname and got the Akatsuki robe in the first place. Also, Shin's robe doesn't look like the classic Akatsuki robe we all know and love. It only has two Akatsuki clouds on it and it is a lot shorter than the original Akatsuki robe. The only similarity is the cloud emblems and color. It really just looks like a fan who tried to make an Akatsuki robe and ran out of cotton and material to make the robe.
