shin and juubi-mini eyes

So can someone explain to me how The juubi, who is talking to shin in latest chap, has the same eyes if he is a path zombie of shin I doubt it would give him advice. The pokemon appears to be a path for the hooded man, but it shares the design with shin (an indicator of a path zombie) Is shin a path of the hooded man? or maybe the reverse? I have never heard of 3 ms having same design unless path's or impure reincarnation are a factor, and if the juubi is a path of the hooded man, (someone is talking through it) why does it have same design as shin. Thoughts?

As I've said before, I believe there is only one pair of real Sharingan here, the other was grown from it's cells. This explains how all 4 eyes are linked and have the same MS pattern.
