Shikotsumyaku, literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse" is the Kekkei Genkai of the nigh-extinct Kaguya clan, which gave them the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure. By infusing their calcium with their chakra, they can manipulate the growth and properties of their bones by will. The ability seems to be rare amongst the clan members, as Kimimaro was the only one known to exhibit it out of his entire clan.

- Capable of manipulating their bones' growth up to a point to even create weapons of bones from their own body and firing pieces of their bones as long-ranged projectiles.
- Kaguya Clan members gain an increase of +1 Bonus BODY AP unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply. Kaguya techniques utilize the BODY attribute for damage.
- Ability to increase the density of the created bones, making them stronger than steel. This not only makes the created weapons very powerful, but also makes their bodies virtually indestructible.

- Requires, at minimum, Genin rank
- Requires 2,250 Kumi
