I think the shichibukai are done after this.

Look at all the shit they caused. Even before this arc Brandnew was talking about the shit they caused. Now Law went rogue and Doflamingo terrorized Dressrosa.

I don't think they will going to add another 2 shichi's. It will be a good time to intorduce the 7th one and explain his role in the story.
