how do i unlock this in nija storm 2 i know you have to do some frenship event but how do i get to that point?

Just keep doing vs matches, you will get it eventually

I'm pretty sure you can't unlock him that way. You can get the support for all other character except for the Konoha 11/12 doing it that way.

First you have to have finished the main story, after that you need to do the following.
1) have filled the all heart for shikamaru. You can do this by giving him a ninjutsu book (or 5) or by correctly answering his letters (have to have a messenger bird and have given him at least 1 ninjutsu reference book)
2) Have to have filled all the hearts for the partner/ partners of his friendship even. For Shikamaru he has 2 the first is with Kiba and Shino, the other with Temari. So basically for shika support you will have to fill Temari's, Kiba's and Shino's heart to guarantee the event.
3) You cannot have any of the above members in your custom team
4) You have to go to the right place for the shino/kiba event Leaf Village Cafeteria, and for Temari the Dumpling shop
5)The friendship events are randomly generated so if shika is gone from his normal spot but the event isn't appearing than you have one of 2 problems; a) there is a mission inwhich he is involved in that you haven't completed (this can also apply to the partners in the event), b) there is another friendship event available that you need to complete first.

That should be all you need I think....
