As so many people have pointed out, Madara definitely has a curse mark. The concrete evidence is him grabbing his neck in the exact spot where a curse mark should be:

It's all so obvious. He's going to use the curse mark's power to defeat Tobi and if Orochimaru dies again, he can resurrect him!
