I could maybe possibly see Shikamaru winning this even though Temari is incredibly powerful at this point I believe Shikamaru's brain will trump over Temari's brute force.

Shikamaru, he has plenty more jutsu to use on her than when they fought in the past. If he catches her in Shadow Imitation he can easily Shadow Strangle her and the battle is pretty much over.

With full intel there's a slim chance he could survive long enough and execute a plan based on that.
She's still too devastating for me to consider that though, Temari low-mid diff (full intel goes both ways after all).

Temari has her devestating Fuuton but I believe that she if the Intent is other than Bloodlusted that she will hold back.
As we have seen in The Prelims Stages instead of using the OP AOE attacks she kept calculating and analysing but this proved useless
Against the more intelligent Shikamaru.This would just replay here again

Shikamaru may be smart but the fact that Temari isn't Bloodlusted dosen't mean she isn't going to attack and Shikamaru pretty Damn smart and he knows when Temari attacks you've got to dodge.Shikamaru hasn't got Monster Reserves or Light speed so all this dodging won't be helping him unless he get's time to think up a plan get close and use it.

Conclusion:I believe Temari wins more times than not as we all know her attacks are devestating and dodging them isn't Easy-Peasy Shikamaru will also need time to think up a plan and I'm pretty sure Temari won't let a genius sit there and think of a plan.BUT if Shika Trivks her or get's her in a Shadow it's pretty much a match
Ways of Loss:
1)Shikamaru get's her in Shadow and Knockes her out cold.
2)Temari Uses Blade Dance and bisects him.
