Shino quite easily. As his character has been proven, he goes all out from the start. Shikamaru isn't going to be able to take his precious time to develop a strategy when there are Kikaichu flying at him from every possible angle. Even if he does somehow manage to land a Kagemane no Jutsu, it's completely impossible for him to nail the shadows of all the bugs.
