Shikamaru Vs Sai

shikamaru he's smarter/could stall until he thought of a strategy to beat sai and his shadows are better than ink stuff imo

I think Sai personally cause he could fly up rly high and just keep drawing lions to attack Shiakmaru however this is a tough one it would be close... Shikamaru is on of my faves tho

Shika hes smarter, and has most likely analysed a way to beat sai if the need should ever occur.

It's true Shikamaru's smart, but Sai was a member of ANBU at a young young age.
Intelligence is valuable, but it doesn't always win you battles.


Sai could also stay airborne away from Shikamaru's shadows. Sai is a long-range fighter so I don't see how Shikamaru would be able to attack him. Sai has the advantage here

As much as I like Shikamaru, I think Sai would win this.

His ink jutsus are pretty handy.
