Shikamaru VS Deidara

Both can use all jutsus they have shown up until now.

Shikamaru did manage to take on Hidan, but how do you think it would go if he had to go against Deidara?

Deidara wins this easy. Deidara is extremely strong especially on one on one battle. I don't thing the Nara clans intellect is gonna help him much in any way. Plus Deidara is going to be on his clay bird in the sky so no Shadow Possesion either.
