My opinion?

You get different smart, you can be smart in drawing or smart in building bridges. It all comes down to the intelligence of a subject.

Shikamaru is battle smart, he's a super genius that comes to battle and is very light on thinking quickly.

But if these 3 had to battle it down with an army...it's a tough one lol

I'm giving this one to Light. It's a rough cut honestly.

Light beats both of them in book smarts and Lelouch beats Shikamaru is battle smarts.

Anyways, tactics win the battle and strategies win the war.

Not really, Kira vs Zero is going to end up with Kira winning.
Even if Zero hasn't even shown his face, his subordinates have.
In the rules of the DN it states that half of the face has to be shown in order for the eyes of a Shinigami to work, and half of his subordinates faces are shown.

Kira can use Mikami or Misa Misa eye's to manipulate them and get to Zero, or just straight up kill all of his subordinates.
There's no way Kira is losing to Zero unless his Geass gets broadcasted, and if it does that wouldn't be a smart move to be honest.

And if Zero/Lelouch's goal is to capture Light then there's no way he's winning, Lelouch is a far cry from L.

And uhm uh guys...... you need to keep in mind...... Light vs Lelouch isn't a war with thousands of Knightmares.

don't know what would happen but shika only needs his shadowes to break their necks. light needs their names and leluch needs direct eye contact.

Shikamaru is not escaping this alive. Lelouch wins, the power of Geass takes less time to activate and use than the time it'll take Light to write down Lelouch Vi Britannia. Do not forget, that if Lelouch introduces himself as Lelouch Lamperouge, he will not die since the Death Note cannot use aliases to kill someone.
