I see team Neji winning this one this one coz I think they are stronger, but Shikamaru's superior analytical skills could prove vital here.

With full intel, team 2 imo would most likely take out Ino and Shikamaru quickly to deal with giant Choji all together and more easily beat since he's a bigger threat than even Shikamaru's intellect here, i think.
So i say team 2 mid-high diff.

Am going with team 1. I mean neji and lee are great individually but when it comes to team-work Ino-Shika-Cho tends to do well in that field. Both Neji and Lee attacks are close range where as Shikamaru abilities affects both close and mid-range. He can even trap more than one person in his shadow possession jutsu. Shikamaru is highly underestimated in these battle forums. He has an High IQ and also can think of a strategy in a couple of seconds

Individually Neji teams win but in a team am going with Ino-shika-cho.
