I know what you're thinking by even having this duo together, and I agree, that would work were the right circumstances to happen, but know that that would be a lottery-winning shot :| The other 99% would be that it fails and Ino is completely vulnerable.

It'll be a tough battle that they ever been in together. I think I'll say Ino-Shika-Cho might win with Shikamaru's strategies, shadow techniques, Ino's sensory, and Mind Transfer, and Choji's muscle power. It may go like this: Shikamaru will think of a plan to immobilize him by having Choji to get him to do so and even though Choji may get hurt, Shikamaru can use his Shadow techniques to control him and to know where to go, Ino can use her sensory abilities and transmit it to Shikamaru to track Kabuto's every move and once Choji make him get close enough to Shikamaru's shadow, he'll be immobilized and Ino can use her Mind Transfer and let Shikamaru use the Shadow Stitching and let Choji do his thing after she releases her technique

And how exactly do they kill him? Some of the best regeneration abilities, plus Body Shedding. Hell, Kabuto doesn't need Sage Mode to deal with them. His snakes are more than enough to deal with them easily.

I think you guys are forgetting that victory and defeat are not decided by each sides power, its just the plot.
It's the same when people argue over naruto vs Sasuke. They say "Naruto would win because he has TBB" or "Sasuke would win because he has Amaterasu". It's irrelevant. Plot no Jutsu decides every battle. If the plot demanded, Ino SHika CHo could beat Kabuto.
