We presume that HQ was destroyed along with all of its inhabitants. However, there is a potential escape route, namely Mabui. If you'll recall, Mabui, A's secretary, is the sole user of the

. While it is typically cannot be used to transfer living bodies, it has been used on both A and Tsunade:

This was only possible because of Tsunade's healing abilities:

However, there's one more important detail in that last page. Katsuya, who was at headquarters said "I can survive being split apart just fine". What I'm proposing is that Shikaku could've formulated a way in which Katsuya's healing and endurance powers could've been extended to the members of HQ, allowing Mabui to transport them to safety.

Now, I recognize this is highly improbable, but it is interesting. Tell me what you think.

I didn't feel it was necessary to include all named shinobi at HQ. She could've survived too.
