Mabui possesses a unique technique that allows her to transfer matter over long distances at the speed of light. It was for this technique that she was made the Raikage's assistant.

Don't worry; I had to look it up too. Didn't even know her name.

I honestly don't think any of them are alive. Remember, her technique is only for inanimate objects; if she uses it on a living thing, it'll destroy their body tissue. However, the 3rd Raikage had inhuman indurance, allowing him to be transfered. Tsunade was transfered because of her Yin Seal: Release and Creation Rebirth techniques. 4th Raikage went out on a limb and got lucky; he has his father's indurance for the technique. I doubt that:
A) She has the chakra to teleport so many people at once
B) Any of the people who stayed at HQ could survive the teleportation.

Why would kishi write at the end of this chapter - "Shikaku and the others DIE", OT - She can teleport objects at the speed of light, she even said it herself only the third could use it for teleportation because his body was immensely durable, and was made out of iron / ect.

Tsunade had to use her super healing just to even stay alive, and the raikage well, she pointed out even he couldn't stand it, so my point is how is inoichi and shikaku if it did happen, they have no technique to survive being teleported at the speed of light all that would remain would probaly be hair xD... so I highly doubt it.

Um, no?

1. Her technique is made to teleport objects, not people, as it rips humans to shreads.
2. Mabui's technique takes time to charge.
3. Shikaku accepted the fact there were no options left for them and everyone was going to die. He knows about Mabui's technique and if it would be able to save them he would bring it to the table because he is an analytical genius.
4. Even if it was an option at least Shikaku and Inoichi must stay in the QG to communicate the plan. They wouldn't cowardly run to save themselves and not tell the others, they would gladly sacrifice themselves to do their job as stated by themselves.
