This guy is actually really skilled. He has Taijutsu skills equal to Boruto's.

And this wasn't the first time he caught Boruto with his shadow bind technique. Given Boruto didn't knew his opponent was Shikadai but that wasn't the case during the chunin exams and he still got Boruto.

Shikidai is under rated in fact all 3 of the Ino, Shika, Cho trio are. The Boruto can counter genjutsu group must be taking their L with diginity. Props to my guy Shikidai he's further showing Kakashi was only massaging somebody's ego.

I think Shikidai already has summoning weasel technique and he can use wind scythe slive ti end his opponents.
