Doflamingo is still a shichibukai and as for Kuma's location I believe that will be a mystery until Oda obviously reveals it. I still think he's a double agent and is still working with the revolutionaries even after his memory/personality was changed/erased.

Hard to say...most likely one of them is from South Blue. But I don't think it is entirely key that they all be from different places, but just enough to show the world doesn't hold its strength in one place.

The new Shichibukai escaped impel down and has a devil fruit as a swordsman.
If Daz Bones can use haki there is a good chance it could be him...

But it's stated on One Piece volume 1000 that the new Shichibukai is a new character. Besides, the one who cut an admiral level fighter was thrown in ID, escaped during the war, and then got invited a year into the time skip which lead Z to leaving the marines. Daz was and still is a fodder to top tiers. :yeah:

im trying to figure out if crocodile rreally was from the east blue i agree with these (mostly because they are true)

mihawk-1st half of GL (paradise)
doflamingo-2nd half of GL (new world)
hancock-calm belt
law-north blue
buggy-east blue (maybe not though, think about this, what if buggy was from somewhere else but after rogers exaction, never was able to get out of the east blue lmfao)
jinbei-red line
moria-west blue

so all thats left is croco, teach, and kuma but teach doesnt really count

how do you know though corco boy is from the east but going along with it my bet is kuma is from the south blue and the new warlord is from a sky island (he will play a major role in this series about the void century for some reason) that would be a major twist haha

Buggy is a fodder. Moria was a fodder to top tiers. So what?
If it is a new character then why didn't we see anyone escape level six other than:
Jinbe
Crocodile
Pizalo
Sanjuan
Caterina
Shiliew ( kind of )
