Shemei is a average sized man with pure white shoulder length hair, and stubble facial hair. He wears a long kimono with tattered edges on the bottom and around his wrists, Shemei wears green clothing underneath his kimono to his wrists and ankles along with being barefooted. Shemei wears a green scarf around his neck and a green head band on his forehead. He carries a sword on his left hip along with more weapons hidden by his clothes. Shemei also has a tattoo on his right wrist for his summons contract.
Personality:
Shemei has a very odd personality to if u don't know him u will never understand him, Shemei likes to take as much as he can as easy as he can, however once he has realized he or someone he cares about is in danger he is very quick to action. Shemei has heard something said about him, a few being he is aloof and elusive. He has a rather cynical and even misanthropic view of the world around him. Shemei rarely employs any strategy in his battles and rushes in with a "take no prisoners" mentality, often overwhelming his opponents with sheer brute force and superior speed. He tends to use his sword to quickly defeat weaker enemies at a close range. Shemei is also able to identify people he is familiar with by behavior and actions/movements.

Background Info.
History:
Shemei was born to a family in Iwagakure, with an older sister and a younger brother who was born when Shemei was six entering the Ninja academy of Iwagakure. After Shemei had entered the academy he began to focus on his lessons and training, Shemei later found out that his father was a member of the Iwagakure Blast Corps. This forced Shemei to train harder so that he could enter the Blact Corps. and train under his father. When Shemei graduated from the academy his sister entered into the Blast Corps. with his father as the sensei for their group. While Shemei began his ninja life preforming low rank missions for Iwagakure, he longed to join the Blast Corps and raise in the ranks. When Shemei turned eleven he joined the Blast Corps and began his training in Bakuton.
When first entering the Blast Corps. Shemei was grouped with another boy and girl, with the sensei of the group. The other boy and Shemei became very competitive of one another, and their sensei would often comment that they were showing off for the girl in the group. While on a mission Shemei was lost by a Blast from the other boy that sent him off a cliff, Shemei passed out and came too several days later on a beach in the Land of Lightning. As soon as Shemei came to he found out where he was and began traveling through the Land of Lightning crossing paths with Kumo ninja than making it out of the land and into the Land of Water heading for Kirigakure. Where Shemei planned to make an understanding with the Mizukage and be able to work in Kirigakure as a Kiri ninja.
Shemei had found the gates to Kirigakure where he started walking to the gates and was stopped by multiple ninja of Kiri, just outside of the gate. Moments later the Mizukage came out of the gates and stood in front of Shemei, surrounded by the Kiri ninja that had stopped Shemei. In that moment the Mizukage asked what it was that Shemei was seeking here in Kirigakure. Shemei answered the Mizukage, "A new home." Shemei's answer caught the Mizukage by surprise, but the Mizukage told him that if that was all that he was looking for here he could stay for as long as he wanted.

Bakuton:The Blast Release is an advanced chakra natured Kekkai Genkai ability that is from The land of Earth. It is presumably compromised of the two basic elemental natures the Earth element and Lightning element. The element appears to give the user the ability to wield explosive chakra in combat allowing them to cause explosions in objects they come into contact with.

Raiton:Shemei has come to have the affinity for Lightning Release having to make only a single handseal to preform any lightning jutsu.

Doton:Shemei having mastered earth in Iwagakure, he has excelled with the use of earth completing his handseals faster for any doton jutsu and the earth seems to move as if it were connected to his will.
Weapons:
Shemei has weapons hidden all over his body, afew of the weapons would be, sword, 3 daggers, dragon tail, 2 (blunt) tonfa, and 2 windmill shuriken. Along with all other commonly used ninja weapons wire, tags, skuriken, kunai, etc.
