Shaw users (and or ISP users)

Might any of you beautiful fellow base members know (heard?) of if you are on the same IP as your street is on, that at peek hours it will slow down (I was informed that even TV's being on slow the signal), obviously not the case for Telus users...

That, and... if "peek hours" is legit in the sense that it effects ones speed, then my roomy claims that "why should we share the net wither neighbors lol"
