A child with scarlet red hair dashes while a straw hat covers her face, she goes through the meadows to meet a boy wearing a casual T-shirt and short jeans, his black hair is straight and sways as the wind blows through the field, he was picking flowers through this meadow as if lost in his own emptiness.
?: Nozomi-kun!
Nozomi: Yes..?
Natsuki: When we grow up, do you think maybe we can be married, like your mom and dad?
The boy blushed a deep red and immediately stopped picking flowers and turns to the girl.
Nozomi: W-w-what!?
Natsuki: Here..this is for you.
The girl hands the boy a bracelet with a spiraled emblem, it is made out of pure stainless silver. The girl lifts her head up and reveals her face, their eyes meet and immediately lock, she smiles, whilst her hair sways with the wind...
Natsuki: Promise me...
*Flashback end*

Natsuki: Nozomi-kun, are you sure this is safe?...
Nozomi: Of course it is!
Upon reaching the top, they sit down and enjoy their time.. having a picnic. After finishing their meal, Natsuki lies down on the fresh fluttered grass with the wind moving her hair as if a rhythm of waves were clashing away on the air, she ascends her reaching hand to the sky.
Natsuki: Ahh...so refreshing!
Nozomi stands up and stretches, he walks towards her, but suddenly starts running as if to secure her safety.
Nozomi: Be careful, you might...
Natsuki begins to topple over, she begins to fall from the cliff, Nozomi runs towards her in an attempt to save her.
Nozomi: NATSUKI!
Nozomi grabs her hand with utmost haste, he didn't have much strength to lift her back up with the feeble strength he already has. His eyes begin to fill with tears, but just as he had thought he’d lose her, his resolve begins to become a miracle, as he uses every ounce of his strength to bring her back up.
Natsuki: *With a surprised face*
Nozomi fall’s back as he starts taking deep breaths…. he look’s at her, and she looks back. He goes to speak to her, but is halted by her look, the look of someone in pain, she smiles and allows herself to be pushed back by the wind. With despair on his face, Nozomi stands up reaching for her.. but ultimately failing, as he comes to realization that he can’t save her, Nozomi goes into shock. Almost fainting as he hears her last words.
Natsuki: I guess I couldn’t keep my promise, sorry Nozomi.
The face that Natsuki was making wasn’t depressed at all, she simply smiled, and begun to fall. In harmony, the two bracelets worn by Nozomi and Natsuki gleamed a white light.
Nozomi: NATSUKI!!!!!!
*Flashback end*
July 15th, Tuesday
A teenager is seen on his computer, browsing the internet. His black hair is a little messed, he is wearing a T-Shirt with the word "100% Introvert" on it. His room is filled with soda cans, Chips bags and all sorts of food wrappers, he hears a knock on his door.
?: Onii-chan, I'm leaving for school.
As the teenager browses his technologic device, he speaks he speaks in discontent.
?: See ya.
[Perspective change]
“My name is Nozomi Matsuhita”
“I wish I was strong.”
"If I was stronger..."
"I would be able to see her still..."
"But because I can’t..."
"I'll stay here."
“Rot.”
“Rot.”
“And rot.”
“Wait for my time to be over.”
“And disappear.”
[Perspective change]
Nozomi looks at his clock and instantly stops playing his video games.
Nozomi: Oh, time for the anime to start.
While searching up his favorite site to watch the new episode, he looks around his room as if maybe changing his way of life, but shakes the thought and continues. After watching to about halfway through, he pauses it.
Nozomi: Nothings the same anymore, they gave yet another filler season, I might just end up dropping this anime.
He gets up and looks at the mirror, only to see what has become of him in the last couple for years, long jet black hair reaching his shoulders, eye bagsfrom lack of sleep and the worst part, empty eyes. A person lost in an eternal dream, like that of a coma. He walks towards his bed and lays down, closing his eyes. He remembers the words “Sorry, Nozomi.” His heart aches and looks at the knife in his cupboard he kept in his room for seven years, but still couldn’t do it. Suddenly, for the first time in years, He receives a phone call from his cellphone, he instantly wakes up and stares at his phone.
Nozomi: Is this...real?...
Nozomi's hands jitter as he tries to answer the phone, the shock of his phone not being called in years...He presses "call" and listens in to the phone.
Nozomi: ……….
?: Is this Nozomi Matsuhita?
Nozomi's voice and his hands shakes as he speaks.
Nozomi: Y-yes.
?: Good...With us, we have "someone you know” taken as hostage...If you would like to save her, come to the nearest alley that you can find.
Nozomi: Someone I know?..
?: Heh!, you'll have to find out who.
The call ends and Nozomi is shaken to his very core...Without thinking, for the first time in 3 years, he puts his clothes on and as he’s about to leave, look’s at the mirror one last time… is it okay to leave like this? he asks himself, but without another thought he rushes outside to the nearest alley way. once there he notices two cars, and six men standing. One of them reach for the cars door and opens it, out comes a man with a suit, He look’s at Nozomi and laughs.
?: Bring her.
The man looks at Nozomi again as his subordinate goes to get the girl.
?: You're fast…aren't you?
Nozomi takes a quick at the direction the girl is being brought from and focuses back on the what appears to be the leader. just as the girl is brought, her blonde hair lit by the sun… Nozomi dazes with a vacant expression.
Nozomi: Is this the "person I know?"
?: It is.
Nozomi cracks his knuckles and begins walk forward.
Nozomi: I don't know if you're messing with me or not, but...
Nozomi: Even if I have been a shut-in these last years, that is exactly where everyone goes wrong… with so much time on my hands, it would be obvious to use some for training, heh might as well end this quickly and get back to this anime.
Nozomi gets into a fighting stance inhales a huge gust of air, exhales it, and charges forward at the grunts.
Nozomi: HOW DARE YOU GET BETWEEN ME AND MY ANIME!?
Nozomi takes out two of the members with two flying punches coming right at them.
Crew Member: G-get him!
All the crew members charge at him trying to suppress him, but Nozomi resists and continues to land punches and kicks at the crew members with utmost accuracy, finally leaving the crew count to one person.
?: Hmm...
Nozomi looks up at the tall and muscular leader, his courage and bravery starts to tighten, the man walks up to him.
?: I was going to make this deal very simple...
?: But it seems you don't work that way...
?: YOU HAVE ENRAGED M-!
Nozomi cuts the leader off by giving one more flying punch to his stomach knocking him out.
Nozomi: Yeah right, I knew exactly what you were going to do.
Nozomi walks out of the alley leaving all the crew members knocked out, the blonde haired girl pulls his sweater.
?: Wait!...
Nozomi turns around with a surprised look on his face, the teenage girl with shiny blonde hair blushes.
?: Thank you...
Nozomi blushes a bit too and scratches his face, he turns around and begins walking back, his hand waves back to the girl with his other hand in his pocket.
Nozomi: Don't mention it.
