Vegeta bio in sig, I concede the first move to you (I've never began from the 2nd move, always the first move. I really want to try starting out on the defensive side. If it's a problem let me know and I'll post a move)
Ulquiorra sees Vegeta standing at mid range away from him, Ulquiorra stares him in the eye for a couple of seconds before he puts both of his hands onto the ground and sends his earth chakra into the ground making the ground begin to shake throwing the enemy fall of balance. After the Vegeta is shaken off balance Ulquiorra with his hands already slammed to the ground he inserts more of his chakra to the ground creating a few rock pillars which protrude from the ground and skew the target. Ulquiorra then preforms three handseals Rat → Dog → Tiger and fires a small fireball towards Vegeta which erupts into a giant fire-storm once it comes in contact with a surface, making a wide destruction, While Ulquiorra sets a safe distance from where Vegeta was.

Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.
As Vegeta see's his opponent reaching for the ground, he figures an earth jutsu is on it's way. Suddenly a tremor occurs knocking Vegeta off balance. As Vegeta regains his footing, he can feel the ground beneath him again start to rumble, letting him know another earth jutsu is on the way. Vegeta quickly molds some Raiton chakra and surrounds himself with Lightning Armor, making the Earth spikes disintegrate as they touch it from below....

As the Earth spikes fail Vegeta immediately starts to gather and mold wind chakra while jumping backwards in the air as he see's Ulquiorro perform 3 hand seals and perform a Fire jutsu, and while in the air Vegeta breathes out a stream of wind that blows him back to long range and out of the fire jutsu's range as the mid field is engulfed in flames...

As Vegeta after avoiding the spikes fires 2 fireballs from Ulquiorra's 10 and 2 o'clock landed at long range, Ulquiorra quickly utilizes earth chakra and merges within the ground below, avoiding the fireballs. Ulquiorra then by utilizing earth chakra emrges from Vegeta's 12 o'clock up short range as Ulquiorra quickly bends down landing on his left arm before Vegeta could do anything...
How pathetic...
Ulquiorra raises his left kick right up in Vegeta's chin the force of the kick leads Vegeta to fly up towards the sky, whilst Ulquiorra used his left arm he was using to keep his body balance while shooting the kick, He used his left arm and propelled him back standing while Quickly hopping back to mid range after preforming four handseals and releasing a great amount of hot ash which surrounds Vegeta, once the ash had surrounded Vegeta, Ulquiorra clicked his teeth which ignited the ash and creating a violent explosion Burning Vegeta at the spot. As Ulquiorra stared at the explosion..

As Vegeta see's his 2 Dragon's hit, he see no signs of Ulquiorro's body in the wake. He managed to escape the attack Vegeta thought to himself. Beings as he was long ranged from where Ulquiorro had been, Vegeta knew he had plenty of time to prepare for a sneak attack and quickly molds some lightning chakra, allowing it to flow all thru his body creating a blue aura with electrical charges surrounding him. I guess he didn't learn his lesson the first ti... Vegeta thinks but is cut off by Ulquiorro emerging from underground in front of him recklessly grabbing Vegeta's lightning chakra covered arm, shocking himself and slightly paralyzing his movements...

Vegeta molds and forces chakra into Ulquiorro's system, quickly does one hand seal and yells Shadow clone jutsu! making Ulquiorro see a clone of Vegeta start running towards him as the real Vegeta jumps backwards, but it is, in actuality a paper bomb heading straight for Ulquiorro's chest and blows up, launching him to the ground backwards burned and bloody...

As Ulquiorra sees Vegeta's clone head towards him he without taking a breath Ulquiorra quickly jumps in the air and shoots three giant bullets of fire that come down like giant meteors towards the Vegeta's clone which was actually a paper bomb in reality which Ulquiorra failed to notice but he nonetheless he infact did manage to escape the paper bomb, He then lands back on his feet without wasting time Ulquiorra stomps his feet on the ground using his Katon chakra to create an underground tunnel from between himself and Vegeta As he molds a great deal of chakra and releasing it into the tunnel, As Ulquiorra then preforms one handseal to make the molten rock debris underneath Vegeta to erupt burning Vegeta, learning from his mistakes ~.~ Ulquiorra then gathers doton chakra and merges with the ground below and by utilizing earth chakra he emerges at a long range distance from Vegeta.
It seems i underestimated your abilities. Though i won't repeat my previous mistakes, I'm gonna take this seriously from now on.
