So, since as we all know kisame is kinda half shark or whatever, my hypothesis is this:
Dovahkiin is Dragonborn and has some dragon powers + dragon language
So is it possible for Kisame to be Sharkborn? But instead of having shark powers he looks like a shark!
SO maybe dovahkiins mom was a dragon thats why he has the powers and kisames father was a shark thats why he looks like a shark
