Sharinnegan have s/t variation

I was wondering if the sharinnegan give the user the abilities to use variation of s/t? .Hagaramo had sharinnegan and he was able to travel through time.

Sasuke had sharinnegan, and he was able to teleport to different location similar to Kaguya.

Kaguya can teleport people from a longer range than Sasuke to a different location

Therefore,i concluded that Sharinnegan abilities related to perform s/t jutsu at different level.Since Sasuke recently get his sharinnegan, hewould not be able to use higher level of s/t jutsu as Kaguya and Hagaromo level yet.I sure Kaguya and Hagoramo can enter kamui dimension if they wanted with their sharinnegan

According to viz scan Sasuke was using a teleporting jutsu which allow him to appear behind Naruto .
