Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.

So here we have a full-body Coating-type technique which is literally full body; it's like you are coated with a single, solid bolt of lightning, instead of multiple bolts. However, the lightning from this technique will readily travel from you to the first thing it makes contact with except for the ground you stand on (unless it attacks you).

I have a question. How does the user not get electrocuted by being coated in lightning?

How you would use it:
• You could electrocute opponents by touching them
• You could make the opponent not want to use taijutsu on you in fear of getting shocked
• You could use it to block an attack

How you would defend against it:
• Since the armour only works for one attack, you could get rid of it with a weak wind attack
• You could somehow make the user touch themselves so they electrocute themselves
