Sharingan's secret?

Hi.. I am new here.. And this is my first post!

There was something I noticed just now about sharingan.. Kakashi's sharingan is always on right? Isn't that why he hides it? I have never seen it black, unactivated. But see Sasuke's. He has Itachi's eyes. He can activate/deactivate them whenever he wants.

Now see Tobi.. his sharingan too is always activated, like Kakashi.. Is it too far fetched? Or does that mean Tobi is not an Uchiha?

He probably is a Uchiha who just stole Obitos sharingan,plus he must keep it activated in case he needs to become intangible.

That is weird.. Kakashi has to use mangekyou sharingan to perform kamui, but Tobi is not at using mangekyou, if he has it. He can do it with just sharingan??

Until we discover his identity, we won't know. With Kakashi we were already given the fact that he wasn't an Uchiha. We don't know if Tobi is, or if he can deactivate his sharingan. He doesn't cover up his sharingan like Kakashi does, though. I'd say he either has a ton of chakra to leave it like that or wants it for easy access.

I remember maybe two situations when Itachi made his eyes normal. So Tobi may be an Uchiha. Consider that he's using this eye all the time as main weapon of his. For me: Uchiha or something with Uchiha dna/extraordinary chakra like Senju.

I'm not one of those guys who want to know who Tobi is and talk bla bla bla whole day about his Identity!
