i have asked many seniour RP'ers and they all have different answers.Could somebody tell me the right answer

I think that The Sharringan needs a Proper set of rules that has everything in it.

That doesn't answer it.

I would say yes, as you are able to "track" handseals and "Predict" ninjutsu.
The word there is Ninjutsu, all jutsu including elemental jutsu is technically ninjutsu, using your chakra. but, you convert your chakra to go along with the elemental jutsu you are trying to use through the use of handseals. This would mean that sharingan at 2T can predict the conversion by tracking the handseals. This would mean that you could see certain chakra signals that come from the user when they are gather/converting their chakra to that element.

But, that's just my opinion.

Well let me clear this question i believe the question is can a sharingan user distinguish between wind natured chakra, earth natured chakra, water natured chakra and all of the same person??

As for me when u change a chakra nature it actually becomes that particular element so what forms when we change chakra nature??... a natural element say earth wind fire or whatever that has the chakra of its user which will still be the same ........in which case all the sharingan will see is the opponents chakra which will be of the same colour.....and hence it will not be possible for the user of the sharingan to distinguish between the different natured chakra of the same person.

The basic ability of the sharingan is to see chakra and percieve chakra. Thats from the first Tomoe. I'm too lasy to go search for it but someway along the chunnin exams arc i believe, they explain that and explain that the sharingan enables the user to see the "different colors of chakra" (or something). But yes, Sharingan users see chakra and can see the different types of chakra. Byakugan on the other hand i'm unsure, but i believe it can also.

"The Sharingan's abilities consist of two parts: the "Eye of Insight" (洞察眼, Dōsatsugan) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" (催眠眼, Saimingan).[4] The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. I may be wrong (and i don't currently have the time to go search it) but go find the naruto anime/manga chunnin exame arc, were sasuke awakens his sharingan. I believe that there and when he uses it against lee, its explained. U_U

I believe that Byakugan can see different types of chakra , cause when they say that Sharingan is able to easily recognise genjutsu and different forms of chakra , they also mention that their ability to see different forms of chakra isn't as great as the Byakugan's . At least that's what I'm inferring from that sentence .
