Chakra is stamina, the physical and spiritual energies, combined. Chakra, in humans at least, has a framework; it is contained and released by 361 nodes or tenketsu found throughout the body and is transmission by the Keirakukei or the Inner Coils: a system of passageways intimately interacting with every cell and organ in the body allowing chakra to travel around the body to be knitted and manipulated into a myriad of configurations activated through Jutsu by releasing the chakra contained within the tenketsu. One of the better/finer methods of releasing the chakra contained within the tenketsu and thus releasing chakra into the Keirakukei or the Inner Coils is the Jūken, a form of Taijutsu developed by the Hyūga clan from their Byakugan.

The insightfulness of the Sharingan provides the user of the eyes particular powers: to see chakra flow, to perceive the Keirakukei or Inner Coils, to color chakra allowing the wielder to distinguish them and tell the use of Genjutsu, as chakra flow in the Inner Coils would be irregular; clairvoyance, extreme perceptiveness, allowing recognition and memorization of Genjutsu, the different strains or ratios of chakra seen, meticulous information or movement captured, which progresses into the ability to track fast-moving objects, that morphs into ‘prediction’; and the ability to ‘copy’ abilities—an extension of the Sharingan’s ability to memorize movement and see the Inner Coils. This brings me to two question;

1. What is (or was) stopping the Uchiha, ability-wise, from having a

   or Gentle Fist style that revolves around the Sharingan seeing the Keirakukei or the Inner Coils, even more so when one considers that the insightfulness of the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan is unlimited in its potential since it cannot be well...blinded?

It was stated that the Sharingan could see the chakra flow or the kneading of chakra within the Keirakukei or the Inner Coils, which would explain how the Sharingan is able to understand, dissect, and memorize techniques. ​

So since Kakashi said Sharingan can't see chakra points, but it can see the Chakra network, shouldn't chakra points be smaller than the width of chakra network?

If you are referring to those 361 nodes laced across the body called the tenketsu as the chakra points, then yes they are smaller than the width of the Inner Coils. For whatever reason these nodes or points rests

Although I agree that the Mangekyo Sharingan and Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan have far greater eye sight then the regular Sharingan (Kakashi only stated the 3-Tomoe cannot see Tenketsu), I don't necessarily believe anyone can flow their chakra into their opponent effectively. Smallest point of a needle is like 0.000074 meters (I might be off by a zero, doesn't matter too much), a nano sized bomb which MS (3T+CM=MS) can perceive is about 0.000000008 meters. So Tenketsu should be perceivable. Further proof is this image [

]. If you look closely you will see that there are some veins in the organ, and they are relatively the same size as the inner coils. Sasuke could see things that were extremely tiny in comparison to the veins on his arm. Point stands that being able to flow chakra into the chakra coils is an entirely different story though.
