What are you talking about? I've still seen Sasuke copy Orochimaru and Itachi, Kakashi copying Zabuza on an offscreen rampage, both Tobi and Madara copy Nagato, and Madara is going nuts copying the 1st Hokage. 
That's sarcasm by the way. If I was forced to watch sharingan users copy any more people than they already do I'd get sick of seeing them that much more.
