Sharingan, literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye", is a Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai, which appears in some members of the Uchiha clan. The basic Sharingan holds several stages, each one stronger than the previous one, obtained through continued use and training, up to a maximum of three tomoe. As the Sharingan evolves, the user gains heightened abilities and a growing mastery over their Doujutsu.

Abilities:

• See chakra flow and mass and differentiate between types of chakra through physical characteristics
• See opponents chakra flow and tell if a person is under a genjutsu due to irregular chakra flow.
• Profound perception clarity, allowing them to easily recognize most genjutsu and pierce through them.
• Ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other KG techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing one to use the techniques as his own (if he can already use them) or simply recognize the technique if they face it again.
• Cast powerful Sharingan Genjutsu, stronger than normal Genjutsu. These Genjutsu are cast through eye contact and require pain 1 rank lower than the technique used in order to break if pain release methods are used. Sharingan Genjutsu must be sustained while in use, preventing the user from using other jutsu alongside it.
• All Sharingan users have varying levels of AP increases based on the level of their Doujutsu when in use. This is shown in the following: The user gains +1 DEX for the Sharingan and gains +1 SPRT for MS and an additional +1 SPRT for EMS, totaling 3 Bonus AP at EMS ). Sharingan based techniques will utilize the SPRT attribute for damage unless noted otherwise.

• Counts as a Kekkai Genkai.
• All bios with Sharingan must be Uchiha clan members, excluding Hatake Kakashi, and Shimura Danzo.

1 - 3 Tomoe Sharingan

The 1 Tomoe Sharingan is the lowest level of the Sharingan obtainable and the highest of the basic Sharingan is the 3 Tomoe. It allows the user to perceive motions, copy the motions perceived, and predict motions. Sasuke could perceive Naruto's motions, copy them, and than predict what Naruto was going to do next. Essentially, to Sasuke through use of his Sharingan, it looked like Naruto was going in slow motion. With this the user can now copy handseals done by an opponent (using the adequate Copy Technique), and use jutsus as they do as long as he's able to perform them (having the adequate chakra nature, adequate knowledge of the field of expertise being copied, etc). The user must however be able to mimic the techniques, for if they are not physically able to preform the copied techniques they cannot do them. The user can now pierce through visual B rank genjutsu and below. The 3 Tomoe Sharingan has the ability to hypnotize a target. If however the target is too strong, the hypnotizing with be ineffective. This can only be done on targets one rank below the user and through eye contact. The user will need to spend a move to activate it and will be able to keep it active until the end of the match as long as he has chakra and stamina for it. However, after some time, he'll be able to gain full mastery over the KG and gain the ability to activate it passively wiithout spending a move. He'll need to be Sannin Rank and have gained 3T for one month.

• Requires an approved Uchiha bio.
• Will have to undergo a training session with an official sensei, learning the mechanics and how to use the Sharingan both effectively and properly.

Mangekyō Sharingan

The Mangekyo Sharingan, literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the second highest known form of Sharingan (the first being Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan), feared by many as one of the strongest KG of the Ninja World. The appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differing from the normal tomoe seals, with the MS's shape differing from user to user. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the third tomoe Sharingan. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increases. Not only that but the user gains the ability to see through visual genjutsu A rank and below. The link to Genjutsu is further increased and, if the user has gained full mastery over Genjutsu, he gains the ability to cast any and every genjutsu without the need for Handseals through simple eye contact. Also, the Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques, unique to each user. Extended use of the Mangekyo Sharingan after some time, deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Slowly while the MS is activated the pupils start to bleed, fact which appears to be painful. Once the side effects of it's use take place, complete blindness will come in a matter of time. While the user is capable of keeping his MS active for a limited amount of turns, he can only activate it twice per battle, after which he is left blind until the end of the match (can't be healed nor can the eye sight be recovered until the match ends). Not only that, but each use of MS techniques reduces the duration of the active time of his MS with the exception of Susano'o. While all canon MS bios can only use the techniques they were seen using, custom MS bios can use the generic Susano'o, Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi.

Should the Custom MS Bio user wishes, he can submit 3 custom MS techniques. These will substitute the use of Amaterasu, Tsukiyomi and Susanoo and their variants but will not count towards the users normal CJ limit.

• Must have a 3 Tomoe Sharingan and Chūnin rank.
• Must have an approved Sharingan bio for at least 2 months, and must spend 15,000 Kumi.

Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning "Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the highest known form of Sharingan, said to be feared as the strongest doujutsu. The appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differing from the users original MS pupil and takes on the shape that combines both his and the second obtained MS pupils. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the MS. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increase even beyond the levels of MS. Not only that but the user gains the ability to see through visual genjutsu S rank and below. The link to Genjutsu is further increased and, if the user has gained full mastery over Genjutsu, he gains the ability to cast any and every genjutsu without the need for Handseals as long as he has a clear line of sight to the target. Also, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to the same powerful and forbidden techniques availabe to the user through his MS and even some additional ones. Uchiha Madara however, has the ability to use not only his unique MS abilities but also the generic ones such as Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi. All EMS users will, however, not suffer any damage or decrease drawbacks in his EMS activation time limit through the use of MS based techniques.

Custom EMS users also gain the ability to submit 2 more Custom Mangekyou Sharingan Jutsu that will not count towards the users normal CJ limit. These two CMSJ will depend on the type of Custom MS obtained. S/T based Mangekyou Sharingans can only create one MS jutsu.

Restrictions:

• One needs to have awakened MS
• One must spend 19,000 Kumi to attain the eyes. Once obtained, they will have another set of eyes implanted by a medical nin, gaining access to EMS.
