why does no one consider the fact that itachi planned on losing that battle,which removes all credibility of sasuke beating any jutsu itachi threw at him. im not saying its a solid fact that sasuke didnt break it but,i am saying that its not solid fact that he broke it on his own merits. for if itachi intends to lose what good would trapping sasuke in tsukiyomi?

No. You misunderstood, how exactly Orochimaru was able to come out. It's not that Sasuke was weak at that point, it's that Sasuke had no chakra left and by attempting to use chakra when he had none, he forced Orochimaru's chakra to the surface. Thereby bringing back Orochimaru.

No I haven't. You need to reread the chapters. Orochimaru didn't beg he was basically taunting Sasuke. It wasn't Sasuke's wish at all.
