Sharingan Vs Rinnegan

This is nice and all, but not every Uchiha can use Perfect Susano'o... so that's not valid. Not every Uchiha can use Izanagi, Izanami, or Kotoamatsukami. Madara's Perfect Susano'o is comparable to a Bijuu - and since no Bijuu was specified... we can assume that the weakest Bijuu are comparable and the strongest Bijuu are stronger than it.

Also, almost every Uchiha technique can actually be countered by the Rinnegan.

Not anybody but still can. And the perfect Susanoo is at our current knowledge a part of the EMS. Madara is using it, Sasuke gained according to Itachi true power, too. The point with the Biju is, that Madara spoke in plural, even the power of the Bijus isn't comparable to this. If we look back at the chapter where Tobis Bijus used a Bijudama, each of the 5 Bijudama covered one mountain. Susanoo on the other hand crushed a meteor and cut two distant mountains above with a mere swing of its sword. And if we consider that the Bijudama is the Bijus stronges attack, during Susanoo can use both his swords in order to go on berserk, the feats are on Susanoos side.

Besides, same goes for the Rinnegan; not any Sharingan can use Kotoamatsukami or Izanami, but same goes for the Rinnegan, where Nagato could awake techniques a normal Rinnegan user can't use.

But it hasn't been shown that Sasuke can use Perfect Susano'o or the genjutsu you mentioned. Also, one of Kurama's TBB was the size of 5 TBB combined - the explosion of it was way bigger than Perfect Susano'o - and I know that the size of that explosion was from all 6 TBB, but you can still imagine how huge Kurama's TBB explosion would be. Just look at how it dwarfs all those mountains.

some sharingan users can defeat rinnegan masters.. eg shishui and his kotoamatsuki....

In terms of sheer power and variety of abilities then Rinnegan is by far the stronger eye

If the user is an uchiha the rinnegan has the MS techniques too, because the rinnegan is the next step after EMS/MS
