The Sharingan is best looking. The Byakugan is ugly when activated because of the veins, and the Rinnegan is bad because it's both sclera and iris lol.

Although i prefer Byakugan overall, as a dojutsu, i'll still go with the Sharingan.
Its got the most complex and bold, yet appealing, design. The different versions also make each one characteristic of a character, which gives a sense of individuality and lets you know its just a random Sharingan, which is cool i guess.
