8th gate Guy still can't kill Itachi. Yata Mirror blocks all his attacks. I think he would burn out from the 8th gate b4 Itachi runs out of chakra. Tobi can also kamui himself all day long.Shisui is useless here with KA restricted, he has 0 feats.In the game however he has a Susanoo, if you count that, he is a thread possibly. Kakashi has ranged kamui, he can snipe. Did I mention Itachi also has Totsuka and Amaterasu?

Hiruzen has no FEATS to suggest he can beat Itachi, people commonly mistake Itachi's respect for Hiruzen but nothing Hiruzen has shown even in edo puts him above itachi, hell there was a time when konoha ninja were talking and saying the 3rd is great but the 2nd was a real powerhouse. He just has no trumpcards if he had a sage mode that would be good i want to see prime hiruzen.
