In comparison to 1T, the 2T grants a much clearer perception of the opponent, and the ability to read through movements much easier. You can see faster speeds, and break through visual gen C rank and below. You can copy taijutsu movements to a certain extent by reading the movements and replicating them yourself, although not nearly close to 3T.
With 3T, you can literally predict the types of movements and attacks your opponent will make by being able to read how he tenses his muscles, the direction he looks, etc. You'll be able to track much faster speeds, and predict attacks to the point that your counters can be launched almost immediately after the attack. In addition, you become able to use your eyes as a medium for genjutsu. So as long as your opponent looks you in the eye, you can cast a visual genjutsu upon them. You can pierce through B rank and below visual gen, and uhhh you can copy techniques much easier.

Sasuke throws a smoke bomb covering your view of him. He creates clones and him and them have hidden themselves in the large training field, to your left is a large pond of water, to the right a forest, and all around you between those two is a large open grassy plain, with jagged rocks dotting the area.
Using your Sharingan's ability to see the flow of chakra, use this to locate me, and distinguish my chakra flow from amidst the area.

Shinjiru quickly activates his 1T sharingan as the smoke bomb hits. He stands in a meditative stance peering around the large training field. With Shinjiru's 2T sharingan, he is able to see chakra to a certain extent. Clones are made primarily from chakra, so it stands to reason he'd be able to see them. With practiced ease, Shinjiru would seemingly disappear. In reality however, he has dashed off towards the forest and tagged a clone hidden behind a tree. Easily being able to perceive chakra, and the smallest movements, it is extremely simple for Shinjiru to find the clone hidden within a bush. He peers around again. Humans were harder to find. They weren't composed of just chakra like clones. They had real bodies, flesh, bones. And yet, we humans have chakra flowing through our bodies. Since Shinjiru is able to see chakra, it stands to reason he can see the chakra within a person. Therefore, he would dash off forward towards the grassy plain, and tag Sasuke who was hidden behind one of the rocks.
Shinjiru would locate a clone instead of the real Sasuke. This he'd focus his sharingan, and look around the area. He'd then hone in upon another chakra source, apparently residing in the lake. Shinjiru charges forward, and tags the Sasuke hidden within the water source.

Okay now to achieve 2T we will do a taijutsu battle (tho I suck at tai so this will be short). In the battle I want you to use your sharingan to fight against me and explain you using the sharingan and how you are using it.

Shinjiru would smile at his sensei, as he takes a defensive stance. Palms raised, with legs facing forward, knees bent at a 90° angle. Each palm facing forward, the right raised near face level, and his left near his abdomen. Shinjiru's eyes would close momentarily before opening again. It reveals a deep scarlet color, and a single tomoe. Shinjiru would watch his sensei intently, for any signs of movement, ready to react at a moment's notice.

Asami foward with her right leg driving the bottom of her foot into your stomach using the momentum of the slide to increase its power. From that position she plants her left palm on the ground and turns her hips to the right so that her back is now facing the ground. She swings her left leg up forcefully, kicking the bottom of your chin snapping your head back and knocking you into the air.
As Asami slides forward, Shinjiru would step outwards with his right foot, whilst moving his right knee upwards. At the same time, he'd drive the elbow of his outstretched arm downwards. Asami's foot would be broken, the bones broken cleanly. As she'd place her palms upon the ground, Shinjiru would release Asami's foot, pushing it upwards slightly and using the momentum to push himself downwards. This would leave Asami off balance, and would leave himself in a crouched position. He'd deliver a low rear spinning kick, with his right foot upon Asami's outstretched arm. This would deal damage to her wrist area, and send her flying.
