The technique says you create pillars, shields etc of earth, it doesn't say it needs to be created from the ground, if that is the problem, and it was shown many times where earth techniques were formed/created from the body.
I don't think happens and it is confusing me at the moment. Per our rp rules only a select known jutsu's are to be made without contact with the ground. for example swamp of the underworld.
Anyways redo your move where it make sense to me. Let me double check on the D rank earth..... i doubt it works though.

Whilst closely studying Emma's movements in the midst of his slight rotation, Kyo notices a change in her body movement as now her leg isn't raised to perform a swing kick to his side but rather raised to perform a simple yet effective straight kick to his abdominal area, effective because of his slight rotation placing him at a disadvantage for his initial counter, however being able to track her movements and foresee shortly what she is about to do just before she does it, Kyo instead of continuing with his intended counter would remain in the same position and releases a small blast of water from his mouth, and causes it to hit Emma underneath her foot, blowing her backwards, and possibly straining a few muscles in her leg and/or fracturing her foot.
I spoke to MU about the pillar of earth, and he confirmed that it can only be done through contact with the ground.

As I see the water coming at me at a split second you use it. I activate nagashi, as the water hits me you get shocked at the same process.

I throw three kunai's back to back while going backwards a bit and regain my footing on the floor.

Whilst keeping a close eye on you as well as studying your every move and chakra flow, I notice chakra building up through your entire body, that appears rather fast moving and vibrating with a streak feature, due to this I come to the conclusion you are about to release a lightning jutsu, just as the lightning is being released, I stop releasing the water, having it not connected to myself once it becomes electrified, and almost immediately afterwards perform a single hand seal rather swiftly whilst releasing through my mouth a large blast of wind, able to level anything in its path, with the release of the wind blast, I slightly propel myself backwards as I also land onto the ground awaiting your next move.

This can not happen with the sharingan. You won't know that it's lightning at all.... even if you did, how do you know it's lightning for sure? I have Sound Release that can do the same thing once i use a certain frequency. So this would be wrong in a battle.

I never changed my counter but fixed my description to what I think is more appropriate and according the new knowledge I have gained.
I think you need to work on your battling a bit more.
I do the nagashi as it hits me, which means that you would barely hear the crackling because of your own water technique making noise. I am never bothered by things in training when it comes to fighting. However I need to make sure and make it clear that you need to atleast give proper battle so it's not so confusing. You here make several mistakes here. This is sharingan training and thus far in the short spar you havn't used a lot of sharingan abilities that you have. Even for a 1T sharingan you can predict stuff, not as fast but still.
Lets continue on from your water, to my nagashi.
Use my movements against me, while trying to give yourself a better edge. Push yourself so we can make that 2T come out alive.

And about when you released the technique...

You kind of make it clear that you activate your technique, releasing the lightning a split second after I release my water technique, not when my water technique hits you, however you did state that I would get shocked as the water hits you, but not anything about releasing the nagashi as the water hits you, and in order for me to get shocked as the water hits you, the lightning should have already been released.
So I really don't know if its me being confused or yourself, but just tell me what it is you seek for the completion of this training, and I will give that to you, even if we have to start the whole training over.
This is a bit tough for me since I usually require some sort of basis to perform a taijutsu move, but here goes nothing xD.

So basically I need an explaination of how 2T works.
How to break genjutsu and what kind of genjutsu
How does it priece movement.
How fast for above.
What can you track with it, chakra, heat? and through what?

How to break genjutsu and what kind of genjutsu: The sharingan which grants its wielder an incredible clarity of perception allows the user to easily recognize or differenciate between an illusion and reality, a sharingan is also capable of piercing right through a visual illusions.
How does it perceive movement and how fast: The sharingan perceives motions through muscle movement, by just paying close attention to the way a muscle would tense up, a sharingan wielder would be able to tell how the opponent intends on attacking shortly before he does, the speed at which a sharingan user perceives movements increases as the sharingan improves in its stages.
What can you track with it, chakra, heat? and through what? The sharingan is capable of tracking and sensing all chakra, even being capable of telling how small or large the outcome would be of the chakra being built up or charged etc, however it isn't capable of telling the exact difference between elements.
