Sorry about that, ready? This will be a battle between the two of us to assess if you are ready to gain the 3 tomoe sharingan.
Rei's Rules + Restrictions
No customs
Terrain: Clear, grassy plains with a lake in the middle. We are standing quite a distance away from the lake within mid-range of each other.
Itachi appears on the battlefield with his sharingan already activated. Immediately, I begin running toward you while using:
(Mikadzuki no Mai) - Dance of the Crescent Moon

As I run toward you, two clones are made, both of them on my left side. I begin running toward your side, and as I run I use:
(Katon: Goryuka no Jutsu) - Fire Style: Dragon Fireball Jutsu

Description: The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent. It is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, enabling the user to perform kirin.
As I run to your right side, I jump past you. So as I'm running, I leap into the air, still moving forward at a quick pace as I shoot three fireballs at you from your side. Due to the fact that I'm moving PAST you on your side (though assuring that I remain at a safe distance so as I'm running toward you I would run further outward), each fireball I shoot comes at you from a different angle. As I jump past you, I gradually turn 180 degrees, so that I never lose sight of you and so that each fireball is shot successfully in rapid succession. I then would land at a distance behind you. Meanwhile, as for the two clones still running toward you, one begins running faster than the other, moving in front of him and using:
(Raiton: Horyu Raika no Jutsu) – Lightning Release: Discharge Lightning Calamity Technique

Description: The user will create a field of water under the opponent before shocking them with a lightning attack.
The clone in the front makes water suddenly appear under you, while the other one makes a rapid series of hand seals that electrifies the water (this is not considered two jutsu, as I've confirmed with Mugiwara in the RP FAQs thread). As you are electrified, several fireballs come down on you from your side, one from an angle in front of you, one directly at your side, and the other from an angle behind you.

I also appear with my sharingan activate, and i see you, Itachi long time no see.
I quick sense three chakra and they the same chakra so i quick notice that is clones, i feel that is getting hotter about twice the hotter then the normal degrees that it was, so i know that is a fire jutsu coming towards me so i quick use,
(Doton: Dochu Eigyo no Jutsu) - Earth Style: Underground Projection Fish Technique

Going underground and moving behind you on mid-range, this will also evade your lightning move because you did it direct at me meaning you did it where i was standing not where i move, and like you say we are not standing on the lake so i would not drown myself and you never say that you did the last move the same time you did the second move so i guess it was when you finish the second move then do the third move, so back to topic, evading all the three fireballs and they all hit each other and also evading your lightning jutsu, when i finish that i quick use,
(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Making one shadow clone and that clone name is zuki, as soon as zuki appear zuki quick use,

Upon being dragged to the center, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated.
