Doesn't excuse that Nardo is supposed to be the body of the sage. Ocular powers don't increase speed nor physical strength just gives you the precognition of the opponents muscles. Nardo is supposed to be faster and physically stronger yet got absolutely shitted on in cqc which is Nardo's playground. Sasuke's playground comes from his eyes (the eyes of the sage), his power comes from his ocular ninjutsu not from his physical ability yet he confronts Nardo and beats the crap out of him in his own domain.

There's not much to do if your attacks can be predicted...

what are you talking about? he received an uppercut only once which did nothing to him so dont act like he received multiple of that. before then, sasuke was matching him blow for blow without his sharingan to the point were both became exhausted.

Sasuke was using both the sharingan and the rinnegan vs base Naruto.

I really wish SP gave Naruto SM at that point. We've been dying to see a sharingan vs frog kata fight for so long and we didn't even get it. :wesobi:

The fight wouldn't last long then. Sasuke 'needed' the extra buff to last longer against Naruto. That's why the fight itself is longer than Manga version.

Base Naruto did very well against Sharingan + Rinnegan Sasuke.
