Besides the fact that they were not given the order by their commander to arrest Itachi (which you purposely avoided going to the next page), Itachi unlike those 3 Uchihas already had the power of the mangekyo sharingan.

We saw panels of him using katon and that's it. Even with his Ems (which we've seen countless times) he lacks a kekkai genkai element like Sasuke's Blase release and he lack a mangekyo power like Itachi such as Amatersu. All his mangekyo powers had was Susano'o.
So common sense tells you he beats him every other day of the week just by seeing the heights of his Ems abilities alone.
And just in case you didn't know, Ems is just mangekyo powers that never suffer side effects. The variety of power still remains the same as you were in Ms.

Itachi had Ms for like almost a decade, sasuke wore his out in mere weeks/months.

This just helps my case even more. An indra incarnate not able to maintain the power of his Ms as long as Itachi did.

also madara said sasukle's got a "straight pattern" which i assume is down to him being indras reincarnation considering madara's reaction to sensing it.

Those straight patterns come from Itachi's mangekyo. And that being a indra incarnation thing is just a mere speculation.

Doesn't matter if he doesn't actively uses mokuton, just having hashirama's cells is boost, look at what it did for danzo and shisui's eyes, let alone having half of your body made out of the stuff.
Plus lucking out of getting one of the most broken MS techniques in the manga.

There is no "boost" it just increases the duration of times you want to use the sharingan power. In the end, mangekyo power is still mangekyo power so I don't see what you are arguing here.

S class level is above jonin level. They're all kage level or above. All the S class shinobi's in the series are kage level and above excluding Zetsu bro.

He soloed 2 High class Anbu members, Naruto and Sakura. MS put him atleast at equal terms with all kage in terms of a you kill me and I kill you type thing. EMS, please.
