why don't uchihas copy more jutsu's from people they fight? has kishi forgotten about that or are they too proud for that because if kakashi was able to copy a lot of jutsus, they should be more than able to

But the thing is that once they copy a jutsu and use it once, they stop using it, which isn't what should happen

They can only copy or use jutsus which match with their chakra affinity

Uchihas also cannot be able to copy KKG techniques

Kakashi have a advantage because he have 3 chakra affinities and he can copy most of techniques

They can. But they might not be able to perform some of the jutsu at a 100% level due to not possesing an affinity for it if it is an elemental jutsu. Some jutsu cannot be copied like hidden ninjutsu e.g FTG, shadow jutsu, minds eye of kagura.

I also heard something about uchiha's not being able to copy techniques without handseals. Although I am not sure whether it is true or not.

Kakashi doesn't. The Sharingan has just been used for other reasons and it's been used for the given situation? What would a Suiton kind of move do against Madara. It won't do any good.

@Baba: I agree, the Uchihas are dangerous as not only can they see what will happen next but can respond with the same technique if they have the affinity or even counter it with something better.

Since kakashi has 3 chakra affinities how come he can use earth style, water style, lightening style and water style? you don't need the same chakra affinity to copy a jutsu

Sasuke copied lee movement and he didn't use hand seals so I doubt that

from watching and reading true uchihas don't use their eyes that way, they more look at the signs you are using to find the best way to counter what you are doing. Being that kakashi is not a uchiha he uses his eye to steal other peoples tech...personally i think guy would have surpassed kakashi had obito not giving him his eye
