Sharingan Question

Since the sharingan can copy any non kkg technique, can't any uchiha basically learn rasengan and it's different forms that don't have an elemental affinity.

secondly, the sharigan can copy any elemental jutsu with hands signs but the user also has to have that elemental within.For example lets say naruto had sharigan and hes only been shown to have wind release so he can only copy fuuton base attacks. If he tried to copy a fire base jutsu with his sharigan it wouldnt work because its not his element type

Anyone can learn rasengan. It just takes a lot of practice and mastery over chakra control.

I wasn't saying that the rasengan was an elemental jutsu, I was just asking if it was possible to copy the variations that don't have an elemental affinity.

But from other responses, I get why you can't just copy it.

I know who all can use rasengan, I was just wondering why it couldn't just be copied with a sharingan since there is no elemental affinity involved and it is not a kkg

The sharingan just doesn't look at something and boom you have it. In most cases because Justus use hand seals the user just look at the hand seals and replicate them using the jutsu if they are capable of performing that element to some degree. The rasengan is molding chakra in your palms........nothing the sharingan can do will really help the user learn it. You can't just look at it and perform it. You have to actually train for it. Anyone can learn rasengan but there is no short cut for it.
